The Context

Teleporting is an innovative collaborative trade marketing platform that connects businesses with consumers to generate market intelligence. Consumers, called “shoppers,” use the Teleporting app to complete missions at points of sale, sharing their consumption habits in exchange for rewards. The company sought to improve the user experience in the app and reposition its communication towards a B2B audience.

On the Website

The Teleporting website, previously focused on the B2C audience, required a complete redesign to present the solution clearly and attractively to the B2B audience, highlighting the business model, competitive advantages, and benefits.

Before We Begin, This Was

The Process

I conducted user research, competitor analysis, and benchmarking to understand user needs, identify market best practices, and opportunities for improvement.

With a short project deadline of two weeks, high-fidelity wireframes were developed to streamline the process. A comprehensive design system was created to ensure visual consistency and development efficiency. Interactive prototypes were developed to test and validate design solutions, and internal usability tests were conducted to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.

Oversight of the app and website development, ensuring the correct implementation of design solutions.

Learnings

The Teleporting project demonstrated the importance of understanding the business and constant feedback in projects with tight deadlines like this one. The creation of a consistent design system reflected the brand’s visual identity, strengthening its message and contributing to agility in future app modifications. Data analysis, such as the majority access of the B2B audience to the website previously aimed at B2C, allowed us to direct the redesign towards the real needs of the business, resulting in a more intuitive and attractive experience.
